General Terms For Rental

1) The prices herein include sheets and towels but not electricity, water and last day cleaning.
2) The payment is of 50% of the rental price on booking and 50% on arrival. The booking is considered definitive only after full payment of 50% of the rental price. The keys of the apartment will be provided on arrival after full payment of the other 50% of the rental price + security deposit.
3) A security deposit of 3000 NIS is required on arrival that is refundable on leaving (after deduction of possible damages).
4) Payments in foreign currencies are accepted (USD, Euro, GBP) and converted in shekels on payment date. Conversion cost is usually charged between 2% and 3%.
